Complaint Review: Dan Herring Sr.

Dan Herring came over and gave me an estimate. I signed a contract and gave him a deposit. The day he and his men came to start the work he told be the job would cost more money because he found things he didn't see when he first looked at the project. It was going to cost a lot more money so I asked for my money back. He sais he spent it on the material he dropped off at my house. Most of the material that was on the Home depot receipt was missing and so was some of my personal property.  I called his boss only to find out that he was fired for stealing from the company and submitting hours he and his men didn't work. He was later arrested for grand larceny.
