Dan Lambert Ramada Plaza Resorts ripoff misleading fraudulent misrepresentation false promises Ft Lauderdale Florida
i felt they misled me by misrepresenting its offer I am furious at the awful treatment I received from Ramada. I am requesting that Ramada fully refund my vacation package deposit of 398.00 because of the companys fraudulent claims and misleading operation.
they told me i had to pay 200.00 more dollars for my kids and the told me that i only had to take a 90 min timeshare presentation, and that i had a choices of cruise ships top choose from,which where the Premier Cruise Line, Carnival Cruise Line or Imperial majesty Cruise Line.
they also said that i had to upgrade if i wanted to take all 3of my kids along and the package was 1398.00 before i decided to take my kids along, but now the quoted me a price of 1700.00 and then they changed it 2700.00 and said the ship we only had to pay for alcohol drinks and a port fee which would total to 20.00 per person now they are telling me something different , i get tranfered around to all these differentvacation planning specialist, i just dont want to get taking like all of theses people i hear about.. so please can you help me get my money back so i can plan a real vaction...thank you
