Dan Lukasik and Cecelia Derain Lukasik ripped us off for $85 service call THEY AGREED TO PAY!

  Dan Lukasik scheduled an appointment with our office on August 28, 2021 for August 30th between 7:30-9:30 am.  Our company policy states all appointments must be cancelled no less than 24 hours prior to avoid the service call charge.  We arrived just after 7:30am, knocked on the door and Cecelia Lukasik answered the door and said "oh we need to cancel the appointment we were able to get it working again"  technician asked when did you cancel?  13 minutes ago.  We checked our phone records and she called 13 minutes prior to our office even opening. 

How are you not responsible for a service call charge for an appointment YOU scheduled?  We sent invoices and called, all have been ignored.  Apparently Dan Lukasik and Cecelia Lukasik are not adults who take responsibility and think it's ok to waste people's time, gas and money.  Our technician drove almost an hour to arrive at their home and with traffic the next stop was over an hour away, 2 hours of labor, taxes, time and gas wasted by these no accounts.
