Dan Nelson sounds like one hell of a deal, until you get in their building and the crap begins. Unfortunately, my strong persistence got me and my fiancee into one hell of a mess.

We needed another car, since his camaro doesn't go very far in iowa winters, and when i saw the ad in the newspaper i thought this was one heck of a deal. $79 down, $79 a month, who could beat that?

Well, we went down to fill out the credit application, and we were approved with a high interest rate (24.95%)and would be able to choose from 3 different vehicles. well, we picked the '92 sunbird that had high miles, but we would only be stuck with it for a year, right? WRONG!

we went to trade the car in for a newer one, with lower interest, which is what they told us on the day we got the sunbird, on the exact day of the next year we bought the car. they did another credit check and said we didn't have enough credit history to qualify. ok, fine. the guy told us to come back w/in the next month and try again.

we came back a month later, which would have been april, spent a whole day, i'm not kidding we were there for 6 hours, and they said our credit was good enough that if we went to apply for a house loan we would have no problem getting approved, but they still said we didn't have enough credit history to qualify for a newer vehicle. FUNNY, huh?

Well, anyway we have found out that their is currently a lawsuit against dan nelson's wonderful (ha ha) auto dealership and we are hoping that dan nelson will lose their butts and owe every last person who had to pay over the value of the vehicle will receive the money they overpayed and get the title to the car. and trust me, if there is any way i can contribute to the lawsuit i will be glad to help!

DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP! REMEMBER IF THEY SAY IT'S TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT IS! and here is the proof!
