Complaint Review: Dan Ward Dallas Ward

Dallas/Dan Ward was to use a gel coat to refinish our back yard pool. He convinced us it was a better material than traditional plaster.

In addition he was going to repair some cracks. After the work was completed my husband was concerned about the sloppy appearance of the repaired cracks. During this conversation he actually just ran to his truck and left.

This was certainly a big red flag that he had no plans to correct the repair. Within 3 months the gel coat starting flaking off in foot long chunks. Later another pool professional said the pool had just been painted. To top it off, the paint was not pool paint.
