Complaint Review: Dana Fraley

I found this guy on ebay. he is still running an ongoing add for tpi 400 hp 350 engines. i talked to him before i placed my bid and told him i wanted to add edelbrock runners and breather it was a 600 dollar add.

when i placed my bid he cancelled it and called me. he said we would have to deal outside of ebay because of the adds. i wanted to put it on my credit card for my protection but, he wanted to charge an extra 500 dollars.as the other people who have been scammed says he is very soft spoken and believable. i sent him a check.

the lead time was 3 weeks. after several calls and 3 months i finally recieved the engine. it took another month to get the computer. i never recieved the edelbrock tubes and breather. he finally stopped taking my call.

the engine appears to be rebuilt but is bone stock. not even close to 400 hp. i even talked to the computer guy that furnished the computer and harness and they would have had a different computer if it had a bigger cam etc. which it would have if it was pumping out 400hp.

i tried to get ebay involved but they are not interested since we dealt outside of them. the guy is a professional scammer and knows how to beat the system. i wish ebay could read all his scams maybe they would ban him. Do not buy anythind from this crook!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
