May 12, 2017 Dana was arrested on 05/10/2017 in Nashua, NH by the FBI and the Nashua Police on the outstanding warrant from Rhode Island. At the time she was using the name Genna Kaplan and accompanied by a four year old female child. She claims to have recently spent time in Baltimore, Maryland and Vermont. I want to make clear that I am not a victim only because I had no money but she did get to my heart and also her daughter Kennedy Mancini (niece) which I have learned it was not her real name of course another victim of Dana.
I met her not long a go and as everybody would say she was charming, helpfull great education and the best friend any girl could dream off.
Her story here in South Florida goes back to last year but she moved to Boston for a short period of time because of a great job, she claimed she was a Graduate from harvard law school and things did not work out, she married a man call Jonathan Bent a lawyer in Boston but she moved back to Miami, Florida to get away from him and had the marriage anuled.
She was the aunt of Kennedy Mancini. She was giving costudy of Kennedy after her father died in 2006 since her mother died of cancer in 2003 if I remember correctly (her sister), She was born and raised in New York city and of course she talks about her family been rich and not wanting nothing to do with her. Also talked about the trust Kennedy had.
She open a charity here in miami with several people she met years a go and some new people. Their names are todd from Florida, Chris from New York and some ladies that fell for her lies which I do not kow the names but there were several ladies. Out of this men I do not know who are good or who are bad. She wears a NY blue cap dark glasses even at night, blue jeans and shirts she has reddish curly hair, white fair skin and a big broken nose wacth out South Beach.
She has been abusing her daughter by taking her since 2006 runnig and lying everywhere she went also by making her daughter lie to everyone and in Miami was even worse because Dana had to change her story and to all Miranda's Matthews friends here in miami Kennedy Mancini was her niece and her mother died of cancer and that Dana Lawrence was her good aunt Miranda Matthews not her mother.
Kennedy herself told this story with such a convicing manner that am scared what would Kennedy be in the future if she does not get the proper help and I dont stop wondering if it's too late now.
WHERE ARE THE AUTHORITIES HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR THIS CRIMINAL TO GET AWAY BY BEEN ON THE RUN FOR SO LONG with HER DAUGHTER KENNEDY AND TAKING VICTIMS A LONG THE WAY...BE WARE PLEASE AND IF YOU CAN DO SOMETHING OR IF YOU KNOW WHERE SHE IS NOW CALL THE POLICE AM SURE I WILL IF I EVER SEE HER AGAIN.

Felon with sad story continues same crime over again

Dana Lawrence is a demented felon who continues to recreate her evil play. Dana comes up with a sad story to explain what a great person she is and to envoke pity and assistance from good people. Although she has no formal education, she has practiced fraud, scheming, lying and abusing the trust of others for a long time.
Typically, its all the same story, find a victim and dig in as much as possible. This probably last only 6months or maybe a year at most. She drags one of her children, KENNEDY, around to aid her evil work. Maybe she is training her in the life that she knows, KENNEDY now has learned to impersonate others and change identity just like her proud mom. What damage she must be doing to this poor child!
Dana is more like a tick or flea that a human, she jumps from place to place and sucks the life out of those poor people who she snares in her disgusting abnormal existence.
Dana is a champ at making herself look like a decent person. Any thought that she is bright or could actually go to law school or graduate is ludicrous. While she might have learned a little about Harvard, YES, she says she graduated from Harvard Law. Not even close.
Dana must like Miami, and big cities, she has bounced around them fairly well. Maybe better to blend in with the crowd. Dana does speak some Spanish though.
Last word was that Dana had at least 4 kids: KENNEDY, HARPER, AVERY, JACKSON ... could there be more? Thats one of her tricks, she likes to use the kids as props to further her "woe is me" storyline. Be warned, if you let her into your home or business she will rob you blind once she has the opportunity. The odd thing is that she builds herself up the whole time telling some wild lies to make herself look like a victim "People are after my money, inheritence or to harm me!"
Dopey is using phony names for herself and Kennedy now. Luckily there are pictures of her now, so you can see her pasty white skin, broken nose and vacant look.
Dana you have been in jail before, and will end up there again, I hope its soon.
If anyone has any other info, please share it here. The more we expose about this dement demon, the sooner she will be dealt with by authorities.

Hello, you are right I use to work for the organization that Ms. Miranda Matthews started, I know everybody on the board and the people you mentioned. I was interviewed by Miranda Matthews aka Dana Lawrence. This lady lead me to believe she was somebody who intentions were good, but as I look back at it now it makes sense because all her stories were bizarre. I use to work in her home and talk to her about different things as I completed different tasks for the "organization". She said she was a Harvard graduate, i even ran errands for Miranda, its sad that I found out that this was all fake because I left my other internship to really help with this organization. I hope justice is served

She has been in Miami and Boston since 2009 to 2011. At the moment she might be here in Miami or trying to get away who knows. Kennedy was given to her aunt BIllie Joe Lawrence and she is staying in Orlando with her. She might be with Jonathan Bent from Boston in MIami helping her out and also with the help of Todd Romazko. She has a friend in New Jersey that goes by the name of Chris Smith he is Says he is Italian I don't know with that name who knows.

She gets away with it because she moves around. It usually takes new victims months to figure out the truth. At that time, if necessary, Dana will move on to the next city. She does seem to gravitate toward bigger cities (Chicago, Miami, etc.).
Does anyone know where she might have been after Chicago and before Miami? She left Chicago in November 2008. It sounds like she has been in Miami since about the beginning of 2011. I haven't heard anything about 2009 and 2010.
What was the name of the charity in Miami? In Chicago it was Bling Thing. The charity was supposedly going to auction items that celebrities would donate. The proceeds would go toward paying for children's lessons in the arts (singing, dancing, acting, etc.).
Miranda Matthews...this is the first time I've heard of her using a fake name that didn't include Dana. It would be good if Kennedy is in custody. I don't think you will see Dana again.
Anyone have any other information? She has a sister, Billie, in Orlando. I don't know if she would head to the Orlando area for a little while or not. Due to being wanted for a warrant in Rhode Island and using a fake ID, I don't think she ever flies.
The U.S. Marshals Service in Rhode Island has made some effort to track her down in the past, but they can only do so much when she is able to travel far and wide. I don't know who you have talked to, but you might want to contact the U.S. Marshals Service in Miami.
