Complaint Review: Dana Shockley

I went to internet and looked up Hampton Inn Beloit Wisconsin and was given several websites.  I choce the website that stated it was Guest Reservations for Hampton Inn Beloit Wisconsin, made my reservations was sent a Confirmation with my Itinerary Number which I attached to my other trip information which was my airline ticket & rental car. 

Two days later the booking has already hit my corporate credit card which alerted me that something was wrong.  Typically I am not billed until after I have stayed there).  I called the Hampton Inn and they were the ones that told me I had booked thru Book a room website and gave me their telephone number. 

I called and told them I needed a receipt they said they could only provide what they had given me which did not itemize anything for me or my company (taxes, actual room rate, etc).  sent me a website to file my request and complaint which would not let me do anything because it stated that my password was already in use which I had never been a member of and set up a password.

  I called to complain again with their 800 number and was told nothing they could do about it and I told them I wanted a refund which I was then shown on my confirmation that no refunds or changes could be made including no cancellations. I asked to talk to a Supervisor and was hung up on. 

This is a 3rd PARTY RIP OFF SCAM pretending to be the Hampton Inn, I want to alert anyone trying to book reservations to make note to to pay close attention to these 3rd Party Sites.
