Dancor Structures - Lexon Construction Ltd. Big Guys Kick the Little Guys Edmonton Alberta
Do not enter into any business dealings with this company or any of his other companies. His name is Daniel Zuzak. A signed contract and a hand shake and his word don't mean anything - he told me so himself. When a small owner/operator business gets shafted with an $800,000. kick in the head you tell me who has any integrity and conscience. How a man can sleep at night knowing what he did to us and about 20 other companies is unbelievable. Our legal and court system do nothing to help us and he walks free able to go and mess up someone else's life and/or business. Please anyone out there whether big or small do not get into any associations with this man. He is completely corrupt and without remorse.

All information about this creature is true and accurate. Although another lizard in his gong show is Debbie Gill. How these two made use of the fraudulent funds is absolutely criminal.
The things you can do with your mouth Debbie only Dan will know. Hope you enjoy the ride of the Cadillac.

Multiple lawsuits and numerous complaints to various authorites and Daniel Zuzak has been lost to radar. DO NOT do business with this man, wherever he pops up next.

We are Acius Engineering, a structural engineering firm in Edmonton, Alberta. In 2008, we were contacted by Daniel Zuzak (Dancor Structures) to provide engineered foundation designs for 5 industrial pre-engineered buildings that they were building for their clients. We provided drawings issued for construction in a timely manner. Nine months of unasnswered phone calls, sending invoices and account statements and we still have not been paid for the work we did. We contacted the clients that Dancor was working for and it seems that on every one of our projects, payments were made to Dancor for the work that was being done but Dancor was not paying their trades and consultants. Furthermore, we learned from one of Dancor's former construction managers that Daniel Zuzak was cutting corners in the foundation construction by reducing the pile lengths from those shown on the design drawings without engineer's approval to do so. The man is dishonest and shady. Avoid doing business with this company at all costs.
