We found out Parisi is running an illegal telemarketing firm.

He is not registered in any US state as a Telemarketing firm!

It is illegal to do that.

He nakes calls in Delaware - NY - Ohio - PA - New Jersey - Virginia - CA

Each Attorney General has been notified he is not legally registered as a telemarketing firm.

He is not even registered as a NV business....where he is located.

You slammed me when you sold Nextgen. Who ever Mr. Melquist is does not really pertain to this conversation.

I filed a report against you and Nextgen. I also have evidence from others that you have done this in the past.

The person making these accusations is Troy "Allen" Melquist, check him out on google, owes $50k to Delaware labor board for monies owed to employees he never paid(see redcellx case#68-05), also extorted $600k from renapse in California last year that he transferred into his girlfriend now wifes name of Karen Cappy, Melquist quickly fled to Las Vegas to marry Cappy to gain rights to the money. Melquist also owes the state of Delaware $44k for back taxes owed for a company named spynbuy media inc. that he stole from a man who worked for ABC who had a ton of credibility before meeting Melquist, this man claims to have lost everything during the time of knowing Melquist and was forced to pay $7k and give up his own company because Melquist used hackers in other countries to harass this man and take down his web sites which led to him losing all of his clients and left him to have to rebuild his whole life. Google spynbuy and look who the original founder is, you will notice this man wants nothing to do with spynbuy or melquist(spynbuy is currently listed on ebay with a worth of $2200.

Melquist also is currently fighting his landlord as he has done with all of his landlords for the last 10 years postponing and not making payments until he has to leave the state to continue his run from the law. He has currently surfaced in Las Vegas entering into a business with myself in which time Melquist managed to open a paypal acct under my personal acct number as well as try to gain rights to monies owed to myself and my father who loaned me the money for the business while Melquist is sitting on $600k crying poverty. When confronted about not contributing to the business or not helping to pay employees, this pathetic man went as far as telling myself and all of my employees he had prostate cancer as an act of pity taking it as far as crying in front of the whole room.

The sad part is that I took this man in as he was my family and even fed his children. I even put up $29k to start the business and keep it functional until his so called checks would arrive. Melquist never took the responsibility of registering the company for fear of his name popping up on any documents in Las Vegas which in turn would make him have to leave or face the law. I guess it all works out in the end though, being that Melquist was extremely lazy, I was able to prove ownership through credit card receipts and other documentation that I saved through the business and was awarded all what was rightfully mine.
