Complaint Review: Daniel A.McCord

I've been contacted by yet another person that Daniel A.McCord has done wrong.This mans Log home leaks horrible.Dan has been aware of it since 2008 & yet does nothing! It is just SHOCKING that DANIEL A.McCORD has gotten away with this behavior this long! The new victim told me that Dan used the same excuses that Dan used on us! Dan did use a new excuse! Dan told this man,in 2008 THAT HIS WIFE LENA McCORD was dying of cancer! She of course is alive and well.I know this for a fact because she (Lena McCord)Called me Oct.2010.To set up an appointment with her husband DANIEL A.McCORD Who would late rip us off $67,000.00. We thought that maybe Dan just started ripping people off!! This man has comfirmed that Dan was lying & making excuses,back in 2008.The mans hone is also built badly!! And yet Lena McCord called us to make an appointment with her husband. We must assume that they are a team.After all she is the OWNER OF DANIEL A.MCCORD CONTRACTING INC. We hirwd Dan 12/17/10 We did not get our permit until 3/11/11.Our basement was finished on 4/15/11Dan didnt show up until 4/26/11.Dan told us that his mother Catherine L.McCord was dying in a Phila Hosp.Dan told us that for 2 months!!!! We pressed Dan for a date to deliver our logs.again,Dan then said that mother Died!! 6/2/11

Funeral would be 6/6/11.Then he would build our home!! No..Dan had to clean out his mothers clothes from her home?????? All this time Dan was lying to us!!!!!!!!!! We fired Dan on 7/7/11.In total Dan promised us 7 times that our logs would becoming!!!!!! All we got for our $67,000.00 is a subfloor that did not meet code!!!! We leaned that Dans mother os alive!!!! DANIEL A.MCCORD LIED TO US THE WHOLE TIME!!!!! We are just sick over it!!!!!! We should be in our home!!! I CANT TELL YOU HOW EXCITED WE WERE TO FINALLY BE ABLE TO BUILD OUE DREAM HOME!!!! And DANIEL A. McCORD LIED TO US!!!!! We have met others that Dan did this to.It's just aweful!!! Dan has told people that; HIS MOTHER DIED,GRANDFATHER DIED,FRIEND DIED,WIFE DYING OF CANCER,UNCLE DIED,DAN WAS IN AN AACIDENT (dans truck not a dent on it)DAN INJURED FROM AN ACCIDENT,DAN,HAS LIME DIS.DAN SICK.DAN ABUSED,DAN IN THERAPY DAILY TO DEAL WITH DEAD MOTHER,GRANDFATHER,UNCLE,DAN HURT BACK.DAN ON STAND BY,DAN.s COMPUTER HAD WATER SPILLED ON IT,THEIRS MORE BUT IT.s Really Bizarre!!!! DO NOT!!!!! Trust or believe this person!!! After we gave him our money it was as if Dan could not be bothered!!! We could only leave messages,Dan also did not return emails! We know now that it was so we would not have any proof!!!
