 Chapter 11 bankruptcy Fort Wayne IDiana hiring Dan J Skekloff  what a horrible decision  I feel he violated the attorney-client privilege against me I had no idea that what I was telling him was it going to be used against me as he represents the company not me as soon as someone else came involved everything that I had shared was used against me for his financial gain.      I feel as soon as Dan and Scott Scott SkekloffSaw me walking in the door he saw a sucker probably solve a dollar bill signs I feel like we were totally trusting with him I was totally trusting with him and he used all that he could get as much money out of me as possible.    I agreed to do adequate protection and lined up private funding from my family Dan told me it would be easy for me to get my money back three years later I have never seen a penny.    My family trusted me too.    I had to let them down because of what advice Dan Skekloff told me.      I couldn’t believe working with him how unprofessional he was using the Lords name in vain and passwords please look elsewhere for a bankruptcy attorney.   This was no small bankruptcy and Dan’s law firm profit in well over $100,000 from bad advice he gave.      Sara Mustard Heil  was also to blame as I trusted her with many attorney prior client privileges information having no idea that all this would turn around  and be used against me I hope I can help the next poor soul who is thinking about hiring Dan or Sarah and move on.
