Complaint Review: Daniel J. Stermer

Daniel Stermer is paying his "consulting" firm Development Specialists, Inc. over $100,000 per month for operating the allegedly "insolvent" Hess Kennedy Law Firm.  Since he and his crook partner Lewis B. Freeman (who is in federal prison) took over the company, he has paid himself more money that the original owners of the company.

What we want to know is whether the Judge that keeps rubber stamping his monthly reports is in on the fix as well as Berger Singerman.
