Daniel Monroe had me fill out loan documents stating he would fund my real estate venture and never did. He asked for $880 First and then asked for another $366 in other documentation signed by a lawyer stating that once the $366 was paid the loan would be disbursed. On the day of disbursement I texted and called him all day to no avail. I never heard from him again. Never do business with Daniel Monroe finance USA as he will run off with your money
