This company got a Judgment against me that should have never even been approved by a Judge in the first place but some how it was and I feel a Judge in Clackamas County Circuit Court had to have take it to approve this judgment.I had legal help on this case we played the send legal paper back and forth game. Most of the case on my side was I never had any credit with the Plaintiff that he was working for and I never did we filed paperwork after paperwork asking for a contract naming the Plaintiff and me with a written contract and my written signature and all this was filed through the court Daniel Gordon could not come up with any thing that connected me with the plaintiff not even a copy of a invoice showing I used credit that was issued by the Plaintiff. You would of thought the first paper we filed with the court asking for some kind of written document connecting me to the Plaintiff and Daniel Gordon not able to come up with any thing would have and should have had the case throw out but the court Judge did not do.The case went on because Daniel Gordon sent and filed a court paper saying that there must be truth to the case because the Plaintiff he worked for came and asked him to file a case against me and the Plaintiff knew my name address and had my correct SS# on file and stated that there had to be a contract in order for them to have all that information on me. The judgment was for over $24000. I never owed any one the kind of money on any kind on credit deals I did in the past.Anyway the Judge kept the case open based on that statement, so much for the courts using any kind of ID Thief check program.Should be a no written prove no case built into the laws but not in Clackamas County. The Collection Lawyers word is Gold in Clackamas County Court System. This fight went on for 6 months. They even tried to get me to give up my rights to a trial by sending the case to arbitration.I refused to agree to doing that so Danial Gordon went a head and used it any way and met with the arbiter which is a another lawyer that the court asides to arbitrate the case. The lawyer arbiter ruled in favor of the Plaintiff and tried to file the Judgment against me any way even though I did not agree to arbitration. We filed court papers stating that I had not and still did not agree to arbitration and never attended any of the meetings. We sent the case back to the Judge and he over rule the arbiters decision but the case was open for another month then I got a warning letter from the court saying they were going to throw the case in 3 days because of lack of a solid case to move forward with. Then 3 days later they sent me a letter from the court saying the Judge ruled in favor of the Plaintiff for a Judgment against me for over $24000.00.So what changed no more paperwork was filed by Danial Gordon in to the court file in those 3 days or by us and the case was on the way out coming to a end. This is why I think Danial Gordon paid off the Judge and the Judge took his money. Danial Gordon has never been able to collect any money in two years but he has a lean on my property. Danial Gordon and some of the Judges in Clackamas county court need to be check out by the FBI and we did send this case to them and they never did anything about it or even looked in to it that I know off.Now today Danial Gordon sent me paperwork that he filed paperwork to start collecting my tax refunds till he gets the money many years to come.Looks like back to court we go.

I had a similar situation but I believe it's the clerks office that has been tampering with your paper work.in my case I had my audio files deleted and evidence I had against Alyworth admitting he only needed a contract in Federal court, conversations between the judge and I about DNG not being licsenced in WA. Ect...
On my day in court the judge didn't have one thing I filed. Aylworth started out by saying I never filed any motions which was a complete lie, so he knew ahead of time the judge didn't have documentation , again next in appeals the judge again couldn't find any files or briefs I filed Hmmm..... Good thing she found my memorandum I filed with the Judge , evidence of defrauding the court. I guess the mole couldnt steal those documents.or I would of been screwed. This is why Dng uses certain court houses, there is a mole in the clerks office . But not for long, she will be charged with tampering with evidence. Trust me this firm is close to the end of their happy days. You need to file a complaint to the Oregon Attorney and the Oregon bar, every complaint made is a another eat my dust DNG

His firm is a joke....every employee in that office has committed perjury. They won't be around for to much longer. We the people are bigger and stronger and need to help each other against scum like DNG. I do believe the courts are paid off by DNG. In my case my courts dockets disappeared and the judge didn't review or have my files, my audio was deleted by someone in the court house. The second time I went to court again none of my briefs were given to the judge.

Oh, the stories I could tell!

I strongly doubt the judge was bribed or paid off by Gordon or his "associates." However, what you have to realize is that they are very skilled at, in my opinion, dirty lawyer tactics. How else do you think he's gained the millions he has with that "firm" of his?

The best way to deal with this firm, especially Daniel N. Gordon, is to keep track of everything, paperwork, filings, phone conversations, etc. In my dealings with him, the paperwork usually had errors or omissions, his phone mannerisms were beyond unprofessional. This has been my experience with him. Here's a hint: Go back over everything in your case and see if he or his firm violated anything with FDCPA or State or Federal criminal laws (such as verbal threats to your person.)

Go after him, that's the way to keep him in cheque.

Good luck.
