Fraudulent Seller. Set up auction on Yahoo Auctions under category of computers. Auction ID 62588905 Vaio PCG-R505JSP, after receiving payment sends a Poster of the computer with a note saying "Thank you for bidding on my poster" It is a high quality poster suitable for framing! This poster cost me $915.00 and has cost other winning bidders over $1,000. Beware of Daniel Nesim.

My claim to the attorney general was for to small a claim and not delt with but for people being scammed at a much higher amount have a chance with the attorney general in california, file a claim and have your money returned. Also contact the auction site immediately and let them know that this is happening, so that they will stop his accounts, you should also contact the ifcc an FBI owned site,
http://www1.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp to register a complaint about him, he is going under many names, and did send me a money order for half of the amount I paid him. But that was cause I threatened him with the FBI and Califonia Attorney General, Paypal, and UBid Auctions, which I still reported him and got his accounts frozen. He has moved on to bigger and worse items I see and just had to put this link out there for all to use.
