Daniel Ortiz from Solomon Property Management Ran off to Arizona with over $8000 that belongs to a Condo Association. BEWARE!!! Phoenix Arizona
Daniel Ortiz was the Owner of Sapphire property management, now the owner of Solomon property management in Arizona. Just before moving to Arizona from Brooklyn he stole over $8000. from our condo association. Now he is at it again in Arizona. He left without saying a word. Just vanished with all funds. We found out that he went to Arizona from our Super. Daniel even had the audacity to call the Super for assistance after stealing money from us. This guy thinks he is above the law. The law will catch up to him. In fact, we are still in contact with an Attorney now and justice will be served. Add to that the agony, distress, and financial hardship that he put our small building through by stealing our funds.
Daniel, hopefully you are reading this. You are going down soon. Be very afraid.
