I met Daniel P Birket in Durham Prison, England in 2007, While we were there he told me why he was there explaining that he was a Investment Broker in the USA and was sent back to England to stand trial.
He said to me that he had a Investment Broker business in the USA and his American partner had ripped off his clients for a lot of money leaving him to take the full blame which is how he arrived in prison.
When he was released from prison, he maintained contact with me as you would expect a good friend would and said he had begun a new brokerage business and would like to invest any money that i would have available.
I exlplained this to my accountant and my two sons and a few friends.
I had a pension with £10.000.00 which i sent to him, my youngest son invested £3,000.00., my oldest son invested £5,000.00 and my nephew invested his life savings of £8,000.00.
In this short time, he contacted a close friend of mine from a place called Bath in England convincing him of good profit on another £5,000.00.
Grand Total £31,000.00.
Danny promised the first profit from any of the investments would be in aound three months.
when three months elapsed danny could not be found even tho he was in contact about twice a week by phone sometime asking if there was any more funds available.
When i lost contact with him, i contacted the police from the area of enland where he lived and was surpised to find that the local force was aware of hs actions and was put into prison for making a promise to a widow and investing £100,000.00
He stole her money and went to America spending this old ladies deceased husbands death money leaving her pennyless.
The police tracked him to Switzerland, Rwanda and into Canada, this was in September 2009 and lost track of him there.
He is still wanted here by the British police for these offences that he is commiting in Canada and would imagine that he his living illegaly there in Canada.
This Daniel P Birkett must be arrested for what he is doing and stopped.
Do not trust this proffesional con-man.

REPORT HIM TO THE POLICE AS HE IS WANTED IN THE UK .
IF HE COMES TO THE UK THE ARREST WILL BE TRIGGARD

if you write in daniel struan-burkett you will find this hit http://guias11899.es/daniel-struan-birkett--malaga-telefono_id-109098, the spanish telephone book. it tells you in which village he now lives. if he is wanted by an english police force contact them immediately and tell them to contact the guardia civil in nerja, spain, financial fraud section. they know of him. and make sure to get someone who speaks spanish to do so

Hello.
I think I might know who this man is. I work in a restaurant/bar and he comes there every evening for a few drinks.
I am still unsure whether this is the same person so if you would be so kind, I'd like some more information. Maybe you could give me some physical attributes of the person in question? It would be much appreciated!
