They did not get late fees requested as we had the reciepts that they were paid.
We got credit for security they requested that reduced what they asked for.
We gave them the tag from the gas company in court as they are unable to return a call. "I'll be fired" Dan rossmann tells Kevin the Realtor. If Rossmann can call the realitor, he can call the tenanents after work . ( He never did).
Kevin the Realtor is not the property manager as Ptak states he is. If Kevin the realtor was the property manager, Kevin would have come over himself . Dan rossmann had to be told to correctly reinstall the smoke detectors by code enforcement.
As Ptak has papers to upload to show everyone , I have papers to upload as well to show everyone..................
