Complaint Review: Daniel Waknine

January 12, 2003 I met and viewed an apartment with Mayor Waknine, I signed a lease January 25, 2003 1BDR Apt. for Rent. Mayor/son representative assured me the unit would be available January 29, 2003. It was not and I paid to store my belongings one night while carpeting and painting was done at my cost total of $2200. Mayor said his father was a Rabbi ,on a Cruise to return from Israel the second wk in Feb.

That was a lie and a common scam they have since pulled to force tenants to fix apartments. Mayor made a verbal contract that any painting, carpeting or maintenance would be reimbursed by his father immediately upon his return. I have a Receipt for the deposit and the monthly rate for a written one page boiler plate contract with no pending terms for an Apartment at $950 per month which I signed. "Meir" Mayor and his father Daniel are being investigated by individuals that want to present a package of evidence to the FBI for interstate&complex computer crimes mail fraud selling nonexistent items on EBAY.

I have reported the Waknines in 2006 to the FBI for Computer Crimes. Evidence has been givenTo the LAPD, a tape of Kelly and others entering my apartment for Burglary, Robbery. I have written and called & NotifiedAll levels of Government to our Congressman Waxman,Dept. Justice, ADA, their illegal activities in forging an illegal lease on February 8, 2003,stealing all documents from my apartment civil laws broken both lease and contract above felonious activities, assault, disabling injuries, poisoning .

Unsafe conditions for children under code manipulating both law and code and City Hall Record and Treasury Empoyees for advantage to stealing private sealed info by Courts. Use of blackmail in past public record cases and theft of personal files quashed by Supreme Court Law Jaffee vs, Redmond.Currently an Investigator in the S.Eastern US believes they have deamons and we should pray for them.
