The first of May, my daughter ordered a $9 bracelet and earring set from ShopDani.com for me for Mother's Day.  The jewelry was cheap and ugly.  We looked up the website together and saw the small print stating that 1-2 shipments would be sent out monthly.  Within 3 weeks, 6 shipments had been delivered to our home.

The website also said that satisfaction was guaranteed and refund would be made on returned jewlery.  I called the 1-888 number to verify the return mailing address.  We boxed up the 6 shipments and mailed them with a reply request upon receipt.  The package was received and signed for in mid-June.

Numerous phone calls were placed.  I was told the jewelry had not been received.  When I told them I had a signed receipt, they told me I must have mailed it to the wrong address.  I told them the return address had been confirmed over the phone before the shipment was mailed.  After about 2 weeks, I was told the jewelry had been located and a refund would take place in approximately 2 weeks.

It is now September 20th--3 months later-- and I am still trying to get all her money refunded.  These people are extremely rude and very deceptive.  I have been told numerous times that it will take 1-2 billing cycles to credit the money back to the account.  This is a lie.  My daughter used a debit account, not a credit card account.  The minute this company issues her credit it should show up in her account. 

To date, we have received credit for 4 shipments--$68 each.  I have spoken repeatedly with a "supervisor" named Beverly who told me last Thursday that the entire refund would show up by the following day.  Again, false. 

DO NOT purchase anything from this company.  The quality of the product is very cheap, the work ethic is terrible, the people in Customer Service are rude and they tell one lie after another.  At this point, I feel fortunate to have received any money back from them.  However, I will not stop until all returned jewelry has been credited back to my daughter's account.

Companies of this type must be stopped.
