I ordered my shutters  February 2013 and I still do not have them. They've screwed up taking the measurements and had to send a rep a second time; sent untrained installers who who could not install them; they cancelled appointments numerous times; they thave one person in CA who can install custom shutters; they do not have skilled craftspeople whoi can custom design "fillers" to fill in gaps to make the shutters look professional and complete. The production department is messed up. They do n ot care about satisfaction as stated in their website. The customer service department is useless.You should beaware if you order shutters from 3 Day Blinds they contract with Danmer. Do not think you are dealing with 3 day blinds they subcontract out their shutters. I am totally disgusted with this company. I take time off from work to accommodate their schedule and then they call the day of the installation to cancel the appointment. They show no compassion or understand the consequences of their business practices.

Stay away from Danmer--Run do not walk. Buyer beware!
