We bought a brand new house in August 2002. Since that time, we have many problems with the house. Some of them include: cracks in the foundation, water leaks, floods in the basement, mold, backyard that is washing away so badly that we can't put a fence up, porch that settles, doors that won't close, plumbing problems, etc.
We have notified the builder by mail and phone several times, but he will not contact us. He has made some attempts to correct the problems, but not many of them have been successful.
These continued problems have caused my husband and I many hardships. We have tried to met with the builder/developer, but he won't contact us personally.
