Complaint Review: Dans Cellular Accessories - Danscellphones - JoysCellular - Daniel Horton - Joy Tom

I too have been ripped of by Dan. (A thief in my opinion). Dan if you read this and want to reply.... you have my e-mail and phone number. I'd be thrilled to hear from you!

I purchased (sent him a check) 3 "Y charger adapter cables", for my Motorolla phone and bluetooth, from him in December 2005. "Buy it NOW" at Ebay. 2 of the cables he sent me did not work. I offered to send them back to him for an exchange and he said he would send me 2 new ones, and never responded to my offer to return the 2 defective ones.

That was early January 2006. For the last 4 months I have e-mailed and called him (never got a person, on the phone .... only voice mail) so many times I have lost count.

His reponses (when he did respond.... which, by the way, was a not too frequent occurance) ran the gamut from:

- I'll send you two new ones.
- I'm waiting to recieve new ones and then I'll send them.
- What is your address?
- they are here and will ship right down.

But no new cables ever arrived at my house!

Then (again after many attempts to get a response from him) I finally said to Dan..... let's settle this.... would you send me a refund?

His response:
-ok tell me amount and give me a address I will send refund

I sent him a request for less than 1/2 of the original amount that I had paid him.

His reponse was:
-Ok will send.

That was on 3/29/06!

I have since e-mailed and called him asking .... have you sent me the check? And (of course) I have not heard back from him.

As of 4/5/06 ........my e-mail's to him at Danscellphones2@aol.com.... have started to come back to me: returned mail: user unknown.

Not surprising that he is changing his e-mail address.

Well... Dan... as I said... you know how to reach me..... if you want to rebutt this account of our transaction. Do not bother replying here... If you call me and we settle this... I WILL PUT A BIG REPLY HERE... FOR YOU. But do not worry Dan, I'm not holding my breath.
