Dapco Card Services Ripoff credit card fraud New York New York
On 11/14/03 the company debited my acct. Promising that I would rcv a $2,000 limit for a master card. I should have rcvd this in 4-6 wks. I called every two wks after 3 weeks passed and no one help.
They said they had no fax# and I would have to write to the headquarters. I wrote and rcvd no response. They would not tell me anything and said not to call. I reported this to the FTA. I to get my refund and stop this from happening to others.
