THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A FRAULENT 

PAST DUE BALANCE

Recieved a notice in my USPS mail on 07/27/2017 from DAR WATERFRONT & ASSOC. regarding their attempt to collect a fraudulent past due balance of $54.50 from my deceased 77 yr. old wife who passed away on 02/17/2017 due to pancreatic cancer. In our 59 yrs. of marriage, my wife never ordered any beauty supplies or medicine that wasn't available in the town we lived in.

First - - We know the Sherman Oaks area of California because of my work along the West Coast between LA and San Francisco over 20 years ago.  My wife traveled with me on several assignments and we never once stopped in Sherman Oaks for anything while on our way to Ventura, Santa Barbara, Lompoc, etc.

Second - - What stupid company would sell anything on a credit account to out of state people and wait 20 years to file a debt collection?

Third - - What the heck is Brio Day and Night Serum used for?  All serums we have ever heard of are via needle injections and the only ones me or my wife has ever taken were for doctor ordered baby innoculations, polio, tetnus, or flu.  Neither of us would ever inject something named Brio Day and Night Serum!

I am taking the scam notice to the Montrose, CO Police Dept. and ask them to contact the Sherman Oaks, CA Police Dept.
