On the letter mention Unless I notify this office within 30 days after receiving this notice that I dispute the validity of this debt or any portion thereof, this office will assume this debt is valid. So I wrote an Email to Support@darwaterfront.com to dispute the debt which I don't owe anything.
I don't recognize the company as products I've ordered from. I did order a FREE Sample costing $4.95 shipping and handling fee something months ago but it was a scam and I called and cancelled within the trail days before auto-ship and auto charge would take effect. While they kept trying to get me to stay on product I said NO NO NO, so I was asked to ship the product back. Otherwise, I will be responsible for the product cost. I shipped it back right away. I don't owe anything.
Now months later, I received this collection letter from DAR waterfront and associates which is also a scam.
I do not plan on paying this Company, DAR waterfront and associates.
