Complaint Review: Dara Lacy Dba Creativecomputer@mynewroads.com Aka Creativecomputer (e-bay ID)

I purchased a motherboard from this company through e-bay. They e-mailed me and said that it was not working when it was to be shipped and that they had RMA'd it and would ship it as soon as it could be replaced. They then informed me that it was no longer available and offered to credit the purchase price toward a different product or make a refund. When I requested a refund they claimed they had never received payment from me. I e-mailed them a copy of the verified payment reciept and have had no contact from them since despite numerous attempts through both e-bay and paypal's dispute channels.
