two months after ordering cigarettes from this company, with no shipment received, i contacted them, to discover they had went out of business. they did inform me by email that i would be receiving a refund within 7-10 days, this refund has never been forewarded, as of 9-13-06. how do i go about filing charges against this company? i did pay for this with a credit card.
