Complaint Review: Daren and Judy Steadman

These people are pathetic. They moved into our rental house on june 28th 2002 and we had to force them out using court orders on Oct.17th 2002.

Here is one of the many messes the left for us to clean up. There was cat urine on the blue rug.

They wrote a check for the security and first months rent ($1,800) which bounced and so my account was charged for the amount and then some. I should mention the church they attend, but out of respect for the church I will not. I'll just say the church has a blue van and the people there are crazy for falling for anything these people say. Judy and Daren love god so much, but I just can't understand how they can do this.

We should have done better credit checks, but this was our first and LAST time renting. They told us he had a job and then a few weeks before they moved out she said they had lied. He never had job and neither did she.
We had to replace the carpet. They told us they had one dog...never mentioned anything about cats.


This is a picture of the torn up carpet thanks to some cats that were not supposed to be there.

I am allergic to cats. Their cats tore up the carpet on the stairs and they left poop and pee all over the downstairs floor.


Here is some of the cat poo and pee.


They also broke the top plastic piece on our microwave and oh yeah it was being help up by a darn hi-c bottle.

We did take them to court and we cam to an agreement that they would pay 300 with first payment due on nov. 15th needless to say nothing has arrived. JUDY AND DAREN STEADMAN are you ready to go back to court or hey I must just get you for the bounced check......Feel free to email me!
