He still has not mowed my lawn even thought I paid for ONE YEAR of service. I'm sick of this guy ripping me off and my neighbors. I know you've read this sir, so please respond.

Same thing happened to me on my lawn with the same guy...a bit north of Huntsville on a couple of my rental properties. Prepay in advance and the guy never shows up.
