I bought two DVD series collections from this company. The products were not as promised - poor quality and amateurish.

I contacted them and they promised to refund my money. I sent the DVDs back to the company and they accepted them ( I have proof). They then promised to send a refund.

After the refund did not arrive in 2 weekd. I contected them and asked what was going on - did they actually send a check? They promised they would send another check.

It has been three weeks now and I have yet to receive the refund chceck. I suspect that I never will.

  You're dealing with bootleggers.   You really expect someone whose basic business model is counterfeting to be honest with you?
