I made a complaint about Darkstar to two separate states attorneys general regarding their cheating billing practices (Darkstar charged me for a year of service in advance then canceled my account. They also do not allow a person to cancel the next period of service except weeks in advance. They also make it far more difficult to cancel than to sign up. They also do not list a physical address or list telephone contact. They also cannot answer for themselves but hide behind a corporate holding company out of Illinois.)

Despite repeated attempts by both states, Darkstar refused to acknowledge or answer the complaints.

This much is a proven fact that cannot be refuted by Darkstar: They will take your money and not provide you service or refund. Their "agreement" is patently unfair to the consumer and is designed to line their pockets without providing service.

Let it be known that if you do business with Darkstar and your feel that you have been cheated, you will have no recourse.
