I am living in Evergreen moble estates where i have been pleagued with issues from the very start. At the start my roommate and i was asked to sign paperwork. one page we were expected to sign was the pre check list. We refused and asked to have a walk threw where many different issues were listed. From the start we had to have the steps repaired a heat vent relocated and within the firt few days even had the to have the management send out some one to fix the electric as the fuse box, on the outside of the house, was arching.

At the time that the electric was being rigged to work, we noticed the shed right outside our back door full of feces from the multitude of cats roaming around the park. This was pointed out to Darlene Pennock's husband who was acting as her agent to over see the work being done. He looked at it with both of us there and said it would be delt with.

In May the park flushed out the septic systems in the park. Withing a few days my roommate and i started seeing c**k roaches and within just a few days of that we started hearing animals fighting in our heat ducts only to find out that we had opposums living in our heat vents and trying to come threw the registers. After multiple calls to maagement nothing about the situations was addressed further until i started to threaten calling some one to fix the issues outside of the park. As the situation increased I began having health issues and spending more and more time out of the house.

each time i was home the issues where getting worse and i finally had enough after two weeks passed after i turned in and got copies of work orders to clean the shed, rid the place of roaches and the opossum and fix the floor vents and heating system to remove any feces left by the rodents. Two weeks after turning in the work orders and nothing was done i went to the doctor for a letter as to how this was effecting my health as well as contact the SAG office and health department. Only after those places were contacted did any work begin on the issues. While the opposum is gone, the vents were not cleaned out other then to pure bleach down the registers and followed up with hosing it out.

The house has been sprayed for Roaches twice now and it has not helped. it has only gotten worse. We have gotten the fleas under control that came from the Opossum but the shed is still full of feces and the smell that filters into the house has been hard to live with. Very little has been done to fix this even after nearly 45 days since i turned in the work orders. I cannot afford to live elsewhere while paying rent on a place i cannot live. Dralene Pennock is well aware that she was renting to two disabled women when we moved in. She has been made aware that this is something we could not live with yet nothing is done. She is refusing to let us out of the lease and i am fighting back. If any one who has written in this forum before would be willing to write a letter regarding her past problems i would be greatful.

I need all the help i can get. she has clearly broken the laws according to the RCW's for the state of washington. Any help we can get is a plus. Thank you.
