I purchased 2 puppies from this woman. I right away informed her that the female had a kinked tail and the male within one week needed surgery for a birth defect in the amount of $4000. She did not apologize she got defensive instead. We agreed apon a refund for the puppy and his Akc papers a total of 650. I also asked for the PayPal fee of 9$ and the shipping of 50$ she has not refunded me and won't return my calls
