Individual is fraud, beware! He gives you a contract, you pay him up front, and he never delivers. Makes excuses, and then bolts with your money! Other reports of him scamming people are across the internet.
He offers developer programming services, hires contractors, never pays them, but takes your money for himself.
He works from his moms house, and doesn't pay his contractors either. If you send money to him, expect it to be gone.
He is a contractor, who pays other companies $40-$45 a hour to work for him. He charges you $60-$70. You can find companies that actually do your work, and cost 3x cheaper in multiple locations on the internet. Keep searching, because this individual will only take your money.

ASC Technologies, LLC, a limited liability company has been providing information technology and consulting services since 2001. The negative comments/criticisms that have been posted here about our consulting firm are completely false and misleading. Therefore, we would like the opportunity to respond to these criticisms posted by a company that we've provided software development services for in 2008. ASC Technologies, LLC in no way has committed fraud against any of our customers in the past 8-years and we have several references that can attest to this fact and provide positive feedback about our IT products and services. We engage in contractor's services agreement with all of our clients for the protection of both parties in the event of litigation. Furthermore, we do collect initial deposits with some of our customers in an effort to assist with upfront costs associated with the contract and cover fees charged by our contractors and subcontractors. ASC Technologies operates out of four major cities in the U.S. which includes Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, Tampa, FL and Baltimore, MD. Our company policy is to refund any initial deposits under certain circumstances that warrant it such as a dissatisfied customer or upon termination of a contract which is further defined in all of our contractor's services agreements.
