Darrin Jessie Small Jess Biggest Liar in the world. Be Careful! Internet
First and foremost, my wife and I would like to express our complete dissatisfaction with the services provided by Images and Stories/ Wedding-Tales. Secondly, we entered into a jointly and legally binding contract with his company for both photographers and videographers of our wedding day including the day leading up to October 24, 2009. Finally, it was our understanding that we would solely adhere to the agreed upon services as written in the contractual agreement.
As a result of subpar work and lack of commitment in completing what was asked and agreed upon, we felt Mr. Small was trying to provide partial service. There were a lot of services listed in our contract that wasnt completed nor provided, which therein violated our agreement. Mr. Small emails were conflicting with the contract.
We only wanted the services and products that were listed in the contract. Mr. Small Company was irresponsible when dealing with his staff and consequently was trying to charge extra for his mistakes and mishaps. He blatantly disregarded our many attempts to contact him by phone and email, consequentially; we were left without a photographer for our rehearsal.
Also, we are begrudged that we were not able to capture, through photos, the memories spent together with our family members during that special day. We are left with the disheartening fact that we will never be able to relive those special moments with our family members who traveled near and far to be in attendance for the rehearsal dinner. Weve paid a total of $900.00, in return we received an on line gallery that was taken down before the expired date. Mr. Small changed his phone number frequently.
Weeks later, this is the only company that we have unresolved issues with. The photos and video taken by his company are the only tangible items we have to show of our wedding day and do wish to have them to share with friends, family, and our future children. We have viewed and printed each exchanged email we had with him and would have liked to discuss them with him, but he never called nor emailed us back about this issue. Mr. Small last phone numbers listed was 443-220-1790 and 800-920-7681.
