Complaint Review: Darryl's Home

Alan Upshur was an agent who sold me a house and fabricated the truth. He did not turn in the whole inspection rewport and promised to have the house fixed and lied. I have been in the house one week and water heater is broke, hot water in bathroom is not workingn at all, even after new hot water heater. New dishwasher does not work, New stove does not work, New fridge does not work and basement gets wet in rain, I am still waiting on awning to stop rain in basement that Alan said was getting put on. Now kitchen sink is leaking, there is a flood under my kitchen sink. But Alan said he checked evrything and I am ready go to settlement and he did not show because he said he was getting house fixed. A d**n lie. I am in this house getting repairs done and now I have to pay for a lawyer. Alan is a fraud.
