Paid $67.84 for Phil Taylor softip darts and converter steel point and still waiting. Their website is down and phone not working. They have a UNSATISFACTORY rating with the BBB in California. According to their site they have 51 complaints in 36 months and 51 complaints in last 12 months.
Stanislaus County District Attorney's Office and FTC has been contacted in regards to this business by local California BBB. From the unresolved complaints it appears I may not receive the dart set I ordered and out of $67.84. I paid using a Keybank Mastercard sharecheck card and they told me they can only file a dispute with above merchant not refund money. From what I read on this site it is hard to receive UNSAT rating if a business is a paying member. Does anyone have suggestions on receiving refund or what I ordered?

It is now Mar 15th and have not heard from BBB or this merchant. I strongly advise not doin business with them.
