Dart Pros ripoff; placed an order for Christmas and never received the items Modesto California
I placed an order with Dart Pros on 12/4/03 for items that were intended to be Christmas presents.
Everytime I try to look up the status of my order, the web site is either not available or temporarily down for maintenance.
I've attempted to e-mail the company but never get a response. I used my atm/check card for the purchase of $67.78 and it doesn't appear I have any chance of getting the items I ordered or my money back. My bank tells me they can only "research" this for me because they can't do a stop payment on atm/checkcard transactions.
If anyone has any ideas on how to either get what I ordered or better yet get a refund, please let me know.
