They kept offering my husband a St. Paul, MN load that delivered the next day from Zachery, LA he had unloaded in MS. The drive to Zachary was uneventful, but when he got to the customer as he drove along the fence saw one of our trailers, he could see that the trailer was leaning to the left and that it had been dropped there with a tire that had been completely run off of the rim. He signed in at the guard shack and scaled the truck, picked up the bills and went to look for his trailer. He hooked up to the trailer, which was loaded with rolls of paper; that was when he found the 2nd flat on the same side of the trailer. He took it to the gate to scale it out. It was then that he found out that the trailer was over-weight by 650 lbs. he sent a message over the QUALCOMM about the two flat tires and being over-weight, dispatch ignored me. So he called in on the cell phone and was able to finally get through to dispatch. Dispatch refused to give him a release number to move the trailer which meant that Id have to pay for any over weight tickets, but they him to go ahead and haul it anyway and to call dispatch in the morning. They then put him through to trailer maintenance. He explained the problem with the flat tires and told him the problem of the trailer being over-weight as well. Trailer maintenance instructed him to drive the 60 miles to Grosse Tete, LA to get the tires replaced. He then called me and told me the problem with the trailer and about the problems that he was having with dispatch and trailer maintenance, since I owned the truck and was off due having surgery for a shoulder injury, I called dispatch and told them that they would either send a repair truck to the customer or take my truck off of the load. They chose to take my husband off of the load. The next day they put him on a load to Dallas which he took. When we got the settlement they had charged us with a late pickup and delivery which took away the safety bonus. That really made me mad. We started looking for a place to lease the truck and they kept letting my truck sit saying that there was no freight yet loading trucks that he had unloaded with.

They terminated my driver and canceled my lease while I was on disability. I took them to the Labor Board and won an monetary award which Dart paid. All because Dart destroyed my complete driving career. They would tell companies that I was a liar and never drove for them. They would give my husband a recommendation. They have not honored the agreement which they signed and are using me and things that I said about the when I was stupid and thought that they were a great company to work for.

I am looking for an Attorney that has a large set of ba**s to take them on so I can sue them for this as well. They kept sending me come back to work postcards which the Labor Dept. finally put a stop to but this is something that I now have to sue them for. I know of a lot of older drivers that they starved out as well or just out right terminated.
