Daryl Finch Cashed checks for vintage automobile parts and did not provide the parts Phelan California
Back on 5/24/2018 I contacted Daryl Finch @ 760-963-7809 to see if he had a "Cool Aire" air condition system for my 1966 Plymouth Valiant Signet.
He let me know that he did have one and we agreed on a price of $750.00.
The system was to be paid off over a three month period via check.
I was able to pay for the "cool aire" condition system in two checks instead of the three.
Check 619 was for $250.00 and check 620 was for $500.00.
Check 619 was cashed by him on June 12,2018 and check 620 was cashed on July 10,2018.
As of today 8/7/2018 I have not received the air condition system.
The last time that we talked he stated that he had dropped the system off at UPS but could not give me a tracking number.
He has not answered the phone since my las conversation.
He did answer the phone when my son called him from his California number and got upset when my son insisted that he provide the tracking number and hung up.
That was sometime last week. I have continued to try to call him but he does not answer the phone for me.
