I bought a kit for my motorcycle for almost $200. It's very good quality and I was very pleased with everything, up until the time I had to contact them for missing pieces. After countless emails and after reaching out on Facebook I've realized that I'm beating a dead horse. They either ignore all contact or are deliberately not responding to customers. There is no phone number available to contact the company. It's a shame you take a great product and destroy it by having ridiculously bad customer service.
