Sam and Chad as far as I can tell are the only two whoever answer any questions or complaints. We tried for 4 weeks to get a correct list and complete an email template. Always a run around never a clear concise answer. Ask them about extending the contract start time since we never got started and they said no. We let them know we couldn't get the program up and running since they never responded in an apporpriate time frame. Gave us the same list twice, email software didn't work. Couldn't logon to the website, no templates as promised, etc., etc. Do not waste your time, money or blood pressure dealing with these people.
