Complaint Review: Data Direct

We verbally told this comoany we were not interested, since we just wanted to get rid of them a final payment was sent and noted so on the check, now 4 months later they still insist money is due. Our last phone call we told them of the cancel check which was cleared in a bank in TelAviv, so really think this company who tried to sell construction co advertising under various other names needs to be stopped. They also used the name Ameri-Source and were told to stop billing us and cancel whatever account they may have so now they come back with a different name. All companies need to be made aware of these companies.
