While attempting to retrieve data from my D: drive, Data Doctors lost my C: drive.  They claim they shipped it back with the tower.  The computer did not turn on.  I opened the case, and there was no C: drive in there.

In talking with Kevin, the owner or manager, he contradicted his own stories multiple times while trying to lie to cover up the fact that Data Doctors lost my 2 GB hard drive and thousands of dollars of software.  He says he can say with absolutely certainty it was in there as they turned it on, after an employee had just told me they never turn on the computer.  He says it is in there because they don't have it, then why wasn't it in my PC tower when I tried to turn it on?  When I opened the case?

They said that the computer drive had a special carrier, and tried to fabricate some other stories about the computer all of a sudden being damaged in shipping and they rebuilt it.  I never received any such calls or emails.  The contradictions of liars are apparent.  They accept no responsibility and think they can get away with losing my hard drive, all my programs, all my software, all my data.  No, they can't.

NEVER use Data Doctors.

Purchase and install a new hard drive. Then reinstall the system software and applications from the original discs. Then reinstall your data from your backup discs.
