Complaint Review: Data Money Online with Gene Truman

BE SURE TO READ TERMS!  Although they promise you won't be charged UNLESS you make money within 24 hours, this is a lie.  Once you agree to pay $7.95 for your "trial" and to even see what it's all about, you are ripped off another $197 immediately.  The website says you have 24 hours to cancel IF YOU CALL within 24 hours, although no phone number is given.  I happened to call the bank because my empty account was now overdrawn a few bucks for the $7.95 (which I thought on a debit card meant if there was no money in the account, charges would be declined, but sadly NO. Visa pays whether you have money in the account or not and then you are liable to the bank.  Because the TERMS are scewed against anyone ever getting a refund, the Bank accepts their legal terms and you must pay!

It was when talking to my bank about the $2 or so I now owed them that I discovered that I had been charged $197 on top of the $7.95 PLUS bank overdrawn fees and international fees (it's an off shore SCAM). Only once the charge was registered with my bank was a phone number given.  At first it was busy 24 hours a day.  A few days later, even though it was an 888 phone number, when I called I was told by an automated voice, "my long distance is not active" even though I have long distance on my phone.  So there is no way you can call and cancel.  Once you have authorized $7.95 you are automatically authorizing an additional $197 and your bank will do NOTHING to challenge the charge. 

Another aspect of this scam is that you must "finish the training" in order to have any recourse (although there never was any recourse). In order to "complete the training", you must sign up with other companies who ALSO charge monthly recurring fees, such as a "free website", etc. - also NOT FREE.

SO do not believe a word of the FALSE ADVERTISING of this website.  It's a "money machine" for Gene Truman (probably a false entity named after the TRUMAN SHOW) and for no one else.  100% SCAM!
