Data Outsourcing LTD ripoff and fraud because I sent my money and never received any materials Midland Texas
On Nov. 21, I sent $34.99 to a company called Data Outsourcing Solutions in Midland, TX. I had been corresponding with a Ms. Thompson about this work at home opportunity and yes I know an upfront fee is a red flag and I even questioned them about this.
I like giving people benefit of the doubt and sent the money in and after several unanswered emails, Ms. Candice McGovern sent an email stating that I would receive my materials after my check had cleared the bank. The check went thru Qchex.
The check cleared on Dec.1 and still no materials. That is fraud so I sent this company an email saying if I didn't receive a refund in two days, a letter would go off to the BBB and the FTC
and since I haven't received any materials for my money, another government organization will probably get involved. Fraud is a major crime.
Even if I don't get my money back, it will be well worth the $34.99 to get Data Outsourcing LTD shut down and hopefully fined for ripping off consumers.
There is also another website called MomsExpo.com that has a report of this company.
Anyone who had dealings with Data Outsourcing, please come forward and together we will show them we won't be scammed.

I have called the Texas Attorney General's office several times and have yet gotten a refund from this company. The AG knows this business is a scam and yet they cannot seem to help me. If anyone knows how I can get my money back, I would
truly appreciate it and am open to suggestions.

I contacted the Attorney General here in Texas and sent all correspondence to and from this company and they told the AG that they had closed their business and there must have been a communication problem and that the matter would be taken care of either with materials and/or refund asap.
After I received this copy and waited another few days for my refund, I called the AG and reported them again. This time I told the AG that this company was a scam and I wanted a refund.
I am now waiting to hear from all parties involved.
