Datarecovery had me copy my hard drive and mail it to them; indicating they would retrieve data and send me a report within 60 days. They sent me a 20 page report with information that was not from my computer and appeared to be fake. They included a virus on the report that made my laptop unusable. They then told me that I would have to wire $2200 to their account or pay cash by courier to retrieve the real data from my computer drive.
