Complaint Review: Data Recovery - DB Investment

Hi, my name is Marck Optes, my little son formatted the whole computer system, what I can do with that - nothing really, because he is my son. So all the family pictures has been there, all the memories, there was nothing to do but ask for a recovery. It took two weeks, but it was done - perfectly - all the pictures are recovered, the only thing is that the files names are 1,2,3,4... but as I was told the RAW recovery was done and there were no way to recover the names of the files, I can live with that :) the pictures are fine. So I want to say thank you to the company, I appreciate your hard work.
